Most of my clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored — as if they’ve had a full-body reset from the feet up

What is Reflexology and what can it do for you?

Reflexology is a holistic therapy based on the principle that the feet and hands mirror the systems of the body, with specific areas corresponding to organs, glands, and structures. This approach has been refined over many years, with detailed maps showing the connection between reflex points and body parts. Although research on reflexology is ongoing, many studies highlight the benefits of therapeutic touch in reducing stress and enhancing overall well-being.

Reflexology offers so many wonderful benefits, like improving circulation, re-balancing your immune system, easing anxiety, relieving pain, and helping you fully unwind. It may help to improve mood, aid sleep and promote a sense of wellbeing. I personalise every treatment to suit your unique needs, so each session is just for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What to expect during your Reflexology session

Each initial session begins with a private health and well-being consultation*, allowing me to tailor the treatment specifically to your needs. You’ll then be invited to remove your shoes and socks and relax on a comfortable treatment couch, supported by pillows, with a blanket available to keep you warm.

To begin, your feet are gently cleansed using hot towels. I will apply a natural balm or oils and begin with a soothing relaxation sequence on both feet. This is followed by a full reflexology treatment, working on each foot to stimulate reflex points and gently support areas that may need extra attention.

* All consultation details are completely confidential and stored securely in accordance with GDPR.

What should I wear?

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the session, just remove your shoes and socks so I can access your feet and lower legs.

How many treatments will I need?

This varies depending on your personal health goals. Reflexology has a cumulative effect, so regular sessions can lead to far greater, more lasting benefits.

If you’re seeking support for specific issues or symptoms of stress or physical discomfort, weekly or fortnightly treatments are recommended for a few weeks, followed by monthly maintenance sessions.

If your aim is general wellbeing and stress relief, monthly appointments are ideal, or you can come more regularly. You can’t have too much reflexology!

Can I have a one-off treatment?

Absolutely! Reflexology is a wonderful way to relax and interrupt the cycle of stress.

Many clients report feeling calmer, sleeping better, and experiencing an improved sense of wellbeing after just one session.

I also offer 30-minute taster sessions if you're looking for a shorter introduction to reflexology.
